JOB SUMMARY

This position will lead a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to execute & control site finance and accounting activities, support management team with accurate & timely information and maintain good relationship with the government.

Responsibilities

1. Lead, train and manager a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to executive and control site finance and accounting activities.

2. Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to International Accounting Principles, Chinese local statutory requirements and Hi-P corporate policies.

3. Handle local tax, foreign exchange, statutory audit, business regulations with compliance of Chinese laws & regulations and minimize Hi-P statutory exposure in China.

4. Support management team with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making.

5. Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.

2. Hand on experience on SAP or similar computerized accounting software.

3. Good communication and inter- personal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people.

4. Effective work plan and priority management.

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English

6. Willing to cooperate with the company to work overseas.
