任职要求：

1.美国籍，若是中国籍则需具备流利的口语水平，要求能与外国人熟练交流，英语CET-8或雅思8分及以上，有国外留学经验者优先。

2.有教学经验者优先，尤其是有成人教学经验者。

3.会说普通话者优先，具备良好的沟通能力、耐心以及对教学的热情。该岗位薪资面议，具体将根据您的资历、经验和教学表现而定。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Conduct English courses for company employees, with a focus on improving their proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 

2.Develop appropriate teaching plans and materials based on employees' English proficiency levels and learning needs. 

3.Evaluate employees' learning progress and provide timely feedback and guidance. Job Requirements:

1.American nationality is preferred. For Chinese nationals, fluent oral English (with the ability to communicate proficiently with foreigners) is required, along with a CET-8 certificate or an IELTS score of 

8.0 or above. Candidates with overseas study experience are preferred. 

2.Teaching experience is preferred, especially experience in teaching adults. 

3.Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as it facilitates better communication with employees. Possess strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching.
