1. Lead and support equipment team (Production Maintenance, PM) to ensure equipment running in stable condition.

2. Equipment downtime control.

3. Lead and support PM team to do troubleshooting when equipment breakdown.

4. Lead and support PM team to do TPM activities to ensure that all equipment is in “should be condition”.

5. Monitor MTTR and MTBF index.

6. Train technicians to achieve new steps to meet operational goals.

7. Spare parts/safety spare parts/consumables parts etc. management to ensure that all equipment’s parts are in stock.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in automation or related subjects.

2. 10+ years of working experience in the machine industry or related fields (EMS, Automobile and Automation industry is preferred).

3. 10+ years of managerial experience.

4. Good command of English.

5. Systematic thinking mindsets.

6. Demonstration/positive attitude.

7. Can work under pressure.
