IT Specialist

61Provide all-round IT support for the selected regions, including but not limited to provide 1st level support on email services, Windows Server, hardware and software including OS, desktop application, printers, mobile devices etc.

61Resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessary.

61Contribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manuals.

61Support on implementation of new solutions or applications.

61Coordinating local external IT vendor end-to end from commercial to operational duties

61Being the main point of reference for the help-desk service provider

61Support Retail processes, understanding business needs and translate them into IT requirements to be submitted to Corporate IT

Job Requirements

61Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM fields is preferred, but not required

61Fluent in spoken and written Mandaring and English

61Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask with a detailed mind.

614+ years of working experience preferably in the IT service or retail industry.

61Good team player and a problem solver, with a strong sense of responsibility.

61Able to execute and schedule job activities autonomously accordingly to IT direction and strategy.

61Professional knowledge of MS 0365 and Azure (Intune) IT administration is preferred
