As a Project Management Officer, your primary responsibility is to provide support to the project core-team to coordinate the different streams and ensure timely execution. You will be responsible for project planning, meeting/workshops/initiatives organization, status reports and updates, and stakeholders engagement.Responsibilities• Work closely with the project core-team to ensure timely execution of the project• Assist with project planning, including setting project milestones, timelines, anddeliverables• Organize meetings, workshops, and initiatives related to the project• Provide regular status reports and updates to the project team and stakeholders• Engage with stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and customers, to ensure theirneeds are met and they are kept informed about project progress• Identify and resolve issues that may impact the project schedule or deliverables RequirementsMust have:• First-hand experience on DTC and marketplaces projects in China• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects ontime and within budget• Basic stakeholders management skills, including the ability to build and maintainrelationships with a diverse range of stakeholders• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills inboth languages• Available to start as soon as possible• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities
