REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical, /Aerospace), or equivalent engineering degree / 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械 /航空），或工程专业同等学位

61 More than 5 years of experience in an engineering classification / 五年以上工程类工作经验。

61 2 years Manufacturing Engineering Industry (electrical wiring industry preferred) / 两年制造工程领域的经验 (电气线束领域经验更佳) 。

61 2 years Aerospace industry (preferred) / 两年航空领域工作经验（更佳）。

61 Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required / 流利的英语口语与书写能力。

61 Continuous improvement mindset and / or knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma methodologies /精益六西格玛管理思想和 / 或知识的持续发展。
