职位描述

BASIC FUNCTION / 基本职责
负责建立推进线管的管理体系,使之符合ISO相关体系的要求和公司内部的KOS体系的运营体系要求。确保体系运营有效。推进持续改善以保证工厂的可持续性竞争力,带领并通过持续改善项目达成公司年度目标,发展所有员工的精益意识和改善能力,带领工厂在精益理念和绩效突破方面不断进步。
In charge of establish management system to meet ISO’s related requirements and KOS management; maintain management system to make sure the system can operate effectively.
Promote continuous improvement to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of the plant, guide and through continuous improvement projects to achieve the company's annual target, develop all employees of lean awareness and improve ability, led the plant in lean concept and performance breakthrough progress.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责
85 负责按照各项运营管理体系标准要求,建立,实施、维护、改进管理体系;
Responsible for establishing documented management system according to the management system standards combined Kohler operation management system) requirements, implement, maintain and improve the management system;
85 安排年度审核计划,对质量管理体系进行监督、审核、维护﹔
Arrange annual audit plan, supervise, review and maintain the Quality Management System;
85 定期审核,确保体系的充分性、适宜性、有效性﹔
Perform regular audit to ensure system's sufficiency, suitability and effectiveness;
85 负责公司内CI项目和Kaizen活动的组织、策划、管理;
Responsible for the organization, planning and management of CI projects and Kaizen activities within the company;
85 年度相关计划、预算、项目收益计算,制定、跟踪和改善各项公司运营指标;
Make the annual plan, budget and project earnings. Formulation, tracking, and improve the company's operating indexes;
85 负责管理所有改善项目,推进日常改善活动及专项改善活动的实施,挖掘机会以提高安全和质量,降低成本和缩短交期;
Responsible for all improvement projects and promote daily improvement activities and the implementation of special improvement activities, potential opportunities to improve the safety and quality, reduce cost and shorten delivery time;
85 负责组织各部门开展精益、CI、Kaizen专项培训及研讨会,指导各部门运用精益生产工具或改善手法,去解决各类问题;
Organize each department to carry out the lean, CI, Kaizen special training and workshops, guidance each department use lean tools or improving technique, to solve various problems;
85 分析和量化可改善项目的成本收益,负责与公司内外部相关事项对口联络;
Analysis and quantification the cost and benefit of CI projects. Responsible for internal and external liaison with related issues;
85 完成领导安排的其他工作。
Complete other work arranged by leader.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求
Education Required:
本科及以上学历,英语四级以上,口语好。
Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above, good at speaking English.
Experience required:
具有较好的数据分析和解决问题的能力,熟悉质量改善手法QC7,有6sigma绿带或黑带相关经验、认证者优先;
Good data analysis and problem solving skills, familiar with quality improvement techniques QC7, 6sigma green belt or black belt related experience, certification is preferred;
熟练掌握办公软件、优秀的协调、陈述演讲、培训能力
Proficient in office software, excellent coordination, presentation and training skills;
善于沟通,具有良好团队合作能力,全局意识强。
Good communication skills, good team work ability, strong overall awareness.
吃苦耐劳,能承受一定的工作压力。
Hard-working, able to work under pressure.
