Job Overview:
A new tactical role created to support O2O business development with laying focus on client JD, to meet extreme outside market environment change with challenge as well hit business growth target. (JD's organizational structure has been adjusted and split into two business units, online and offline)
Be responsible for the development of JD channel offline strategy, including JD co-branded product negotiation, product SPEC, offline operation, internal communication and coordination.
Responsibilities:
1.JD offline business development:
61Identify business opportunity on JD offline channels with solid business study, market research etc.
61Develop, maintain and strengthen business relationship/partnership with business partners.
61Develop JD's offline cooperation strategy, including offline business cooperation methods, offline product positioning and parameter determination, value chain discussion, and responsibilities of both sides.
61Strategizing and business negotiation for the current 2,000 stores offline of JD, and completing Q2 entry. Develop cooperation plans for JD's 2,000 new stores in 2024
61Plan JD offline co-brand product strategy, product spec, pricing and product 3-year sales plan implementation.
2.JD offline business operations:
61Develop JD offline business plan, process with continuous improvement to maximize the efficiency.
61Be responsible for regular JD offline daily operations with initiatives as but not limited to
i. Lead new products launch, market campaigns, promotion etc. initiatives being well presented and wining business result on JD offline channels.
ii. Related business analysis and reports presenting.
3. Leverage JD & VGO resources to implement integrated shop operations including POSM, trainings and KPI setting for shops to ensure VGO sellout growth.
4. Closely work with internal peering groups to streamline O2O business likes Marketing, Product Strategy, Pricing, Technology, Supply Chain, Legal etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors’ degree or above, majoring in business management related disciplines. Education with disciplines on E-commerce preferable.
2. 61At least 8-yrs solid working experience in E-commerce/O2O business field
61Be favorable of having the experience in auto aftermarket industry, such as Tuhu, JD and TM platforms
61Proven experience in key account management, preferably with Internet platforms and lube companies
3. Skill:
61People management with leading team is preferable.
61Proven solid knowledge on E-commerce / O2O business
61Knowledge and experience gained in industrial segment of consumer goods, auto aftermarket etc.
61Business acumen, result and data driven.
61Excellent communication and cross-team/organization collaboration.
