Familiar with SAP operation

5 years’ work experience, 3+ Demanding experience

5年左右工作经验，3年以上需求计划相关工作经验

Good communication skills

良好的人与人之间的交际能力

Good English (written and oral)

英语良好（书面和口头）

Good on office software- Excel, PowerPoint

精通办公室软件 包括电子表格，幻灯片等

Job Responsibilities

Collect data from External customers including overseas customers

收集外部客户出口到国外的客户的预测数据

Operational forecasting feeding S&OP and operations

把销售预测转换为需求预测

Master data & forecasting strategies

主数据维护及预测策略的制定及调整

Demand planning management and FG replenishment decision in trading plant

贸易工厂的需求计划和成品补货的计算和确认

Manage demand commitments vs budgets / targets

根据销售预算/目标，制定合理的需求计划

Curtailment / Allocation of products if required

供货紧张时进行必要的产品库存分配

Operate System

系统的预测更新

Stock management / SMOG / Rationalized commercial decision

库存管理 / 缓慢移动库存 / 跟踪被删除产品

Follow and manage demand changes following re-siting with local teams

跟踪并管理需求变动，需和生产工厂的产品转移目标相一致

Weekly meeting with related department members

与相关部门成员定期召开周会议

sales monthly / Quarterly projection and weekly order update

月度/季度销售预测和每周订单更新

Daily / Weekly Order and Invoice monitor and coordination

跟踪并协调每天/每周订单和开票进展

Customers & Products sales data monthly analysis

每月分析客户&产品的销售数据
