工作内容：

负责国际销售的工作，包括但不限于：

- 制定并执行销售计划和策略，实现销售目标；

- 开发潜在客户，进行客户拜访、调查和分析，以便更好地掌握客户需求和市场动态，从而拓展业务；

- 参与销售项目的策划、执行和监控，并确保项目按计划完成；

- 维护与现有客户的良好关系，并提供专业的售后服务；

- 积极管理海外经销商的销售团队，提高经销商团队的表现。

职位要求：

- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务、英语、生物医学、电子等相关专业；

- 2年以上国际销售的工作经验，负责过中东/非洲/南亚/东南亚等区域的优先；

- 具备良好的市场营销和销售技巧，熟悉市场，了解竞争对手；

- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，具备良好的抗压能力；

- 英文专业八级水平或相当，英语可以作为工作语言，具备优秀的英文口语和书写能力；

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for international sales, including but not limited to:

80Develop and implement02sales plans & strategies to achieve sales targets.

80Identify and acquire02potential clients through customer visits, market research, and analysis to better understand customer needs and industry trends, driving business growth.

80Plan, execute, and monitor02sales projects to ensure on-time delivery.

80Maintain strong relationships02with existing clients and provide professional after-sales support.

80Effectively manage02overseas distributor sales teams to enhance their performance.

Job Requirements:

80Education:02Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

80Experience:02Minimum 2 years of international sales experience, preferably in Middle East/Africa/South Asia/Southeast Asia markets.

80Skills:

oStrong marketing and sales skills with a solid understanding of market trends and competitors.

oExcellent communication and teamwork abilities, with resilience under pressure.

80Language:

oCEFR C1 or equivalent proficiency.

oFluent in English (both spoken and written), capable of using it as a working language.
