Job Description
Responsible to make sure that our overall Quality control plan is set up, managed, and followed internally in the company and by all our external partners. Quality Control is responsible for managing all aspects of the Safety and Quality of products, to ensure products are available on time at the right quality level.
Highlights:
61 Check and control all Quality related issue. For example, Electrical grill, Rice cooker, Blender, Oven, cookware, bakeware, kitchen knife etc.
61 Rich Experience in European, USA American markets quality requirement. Including production quality control, product compliance requirement, product testing requirement etc.
61 Liaise with 3rd party laboratory to manage 3rd party quality control.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
61 Monitor and perform routine product testing of incoming materials, during production and finished products from suppliers
61 Conduct on-site Quality Audits of all potential new suppliers and factories.
61 Manage the Quality relationship with suppliers, ensure all suppliers understand our requirements for quality management and product safety and product quality.
61 Maintain up-to-date records for all Quality activity, including factory audit reports, test report and inspection reports, and share with other areas of the business as needed.
61 Review all third service providers’ reports and communicate to service provider(s) for any query (on-line, life test, lab testing, inspections, and audits).
61 Provide quality/Technical support to all needed departments; investigate product issues and work with suppliers to identify root causes and to take appropriate actions to prevent recurrence.
61 Look for continuous improvements to the efficiency in the department and propose these to the organization.
61 监控和执行供应商的生产过程和成品的例行产品测试
61 跟进试产过程，对新产品的质量异常进行跟进、解决
61 车间现场质量问题的及时解决及效果确认（车间评审的处理与跟进）
61 参与产品质量标准、检验文件的起草、修订工作
61 负责新产品检验作业指导书的制订下发，并对检验员进行培训
61 审核与管理新供应商和工厂的产品质量
61 确保供应商了解对质量管理、产品安全和产品质量的要求
61 保持所有质量记录，包括工厂审核报告、测试报告和检验报告
61 查看和与第三方服务提供商的报告（在线、寿命测试、实验室测试、检查和审计）
61 为所需部门提供质量/技术支持；调查产品问题并与供应商合作找出根本原因并采取适当措施防止再次发生。

Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-year experience in Engineering, manufacturing quality control or equivalent
61 Extensive experience in Small Domestic Appliances (cooking, kitchen) and Hardgoods Kitchenware item
61 Familiar with majority market requirements European, USA America
61 Familiar with CE/LVD/CB, ETL/UL, RCM mark, BSMI, BSCI, SEDEX/ SMETA requirements
61 Good communication and interpersonal skills, open-minded and willing to face challenges.
61 Analytical and problem-solving ability
61 Persistence and the ability to influence others.
61 Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
61 Attention to detail.
61 Good in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

61 具有及熟悉小家电质量管理
61 熟悉欧洲、美国市场

61 良好英语、广东话和普通话的書寫及會話能力
