Summary:
Be responsible for all Footwear brands sample orders’ fulfillment to ensure smooth running of all sample orders, invoices and payment tracking cross brands. Ensure the consistency of sample processes and standards Cross-BU (Business Unit).
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of all Footwear brands sample POs fulfillment, including but not limit to Salesmen/ Special Buy/ Marketing/ Collab/ Seeding orders
2. Manage the Debit Note & Payment process for all brands sample orders, excess materials, dropped lasts and molds.
3. Be the key contact window for cross brands sample KPIs, provide metrics or data base of all brands samples. Consolidate sample related information from BUs and report periodically by brand
4. Lead the implementation of new sample processes. Facilitate process improvement initiatives and streamline the sample workflow cross brands.
5. Work with all Regions on MCS distribution (cross brands) seasonally. Monitor all brands international MCS distribution schedules.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years’ sample order management experience, footwear industry experience is a plus
2. Knowledge of development and commercialization
3. Excellent computer skills, PLM & Excel skills required
4. Good written and verbal communication in English
