Production Engineer - Instrument (职位编号：36598545)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Responsible to enable excellence in manufacturing by providing

manufacturing technical support to the production organizations that results in

safe, compliant, high quality and continuously improving production.

* Partners and collaborate with technical experts across multiple site and

Business Areas for Technical Product Transfers, Design Transfers and product

technical investigations and product portfolio management related subjects.

* To enable new products to be successfully transferred to mass production,

use lean techniques and tools in the development of work flow processes and

tooling for medical devices.

* Create and/or refining work flow processes and detailed work instructions.

* Responsible for the validation and qualification of manufacturing equipment

and processes leveraging standard qualification approaches (IQ/OQ/PQ).

* Provides training and support to production technicians.

* Responsible for planning. Coordination and implementation of changes in

consultation with the

Product Leader and/or Team Leader

* Responsible for maintaining compliance with medical device quality system

requirements including corrective/preventive action closure, discrepant

material dispositions

* Provides technical support analyzing and/or performing failure analysis for

discrepant production components, assemblies and field returns.

* Analyze manufacturing line from a risk perspective (PFMEA) to incorporate

and validate critical tests used in manufacturing.

* Other duty as assigned by management.
