? Expand Aptiv “Excellence” culture in the plant
? Monitor the daily operation of Training function
? Analyze annual training needs and appropriately identify the training needs for company
? Ensure training system in compliance with DBS requirement
? Seek and develop training resources and network while controlling budget not exceeding target
? Assist to develop and update training matrix and skill matrix
? Set up training evaluation and effectiveness track up system
? Develop internal trainer to maximum use internal resources
? Act as DMS coordinator to monitor and ensure all elements are in well implementation
o Suggestion system
o Recognition system
o Communication system
o Organize all kind of activities to colorize all employees life
o Organize CSR activities
