Bühler (Changzhou) was established in 2006 as the fourthsubsidiary of the
Bühler Group in China. It is the dedicated window for theBühler Group to
contact customers in the Chinese feed industry and is one ofthe three flagship
production sites of Bühler worldwide.
The company continues to focus on animal feed, aquafeed, pet foodprocessing
equipment and complete engineering, grain conveying equipment,etc.BCHA has an
independent R&D center and an innovation application centerdedicated to
innovation and R&D focusing on animal health, sustainabledevelopment, and
digital technology.
Job Responsibilities
* 产品线（AN）管理: 您将与BU合作，负责进一步开发、实施和实现全球产品组合（主要与 AN 相关），并为分配给您的调质系统产品制定营销战略。
Product portfolio (AN) management: In this role, you will cooperate with BU
and be responsible for the further development, implementation and realization
of the global product portfolio (mainly AN related) and marketing strategy for
the product group Conditioning.
* 制定负责产品的全球战略, 了解市场法律法规，根据不同市场，确定公司产品的认证需求和计划。
In this role, you will be responsible for the further development,
implementation and realization of the global product portfolio and marketing
strategy your assigned product group. Understand the market laws and
regulations in different areas to decide the certification requirement of
product.
* 领导所负责产品的价值链，设备，控制，服务，数字化解决方案。
You will lead proactive and effective product management along the value chain
(equipment, automation, services and digital solutions)
* 通过分析和观察，确保指定投资组合的适销性，确定市场需求并进行积极的生命周期管理。
Through analyses and observations, you ensure the marketability of the
assigned portfolios, identify market needs and operate active life cycle
management
* 通过 M2M 流程（产品开发从构思到投放市场的整个过程），您将参与项目组合中新的和进一步的开发，并审查项目的进度和预算。
You accompany new and further developments from your portfolio through the M2M
process (product development from idea to market launch) and review the
progress of the project and the budget.
* 您还将为内部和外部培训课程确定培训内容。
You will also define training content for internal and external training
courses.
* 您将与各种内部和外部利益相关者（开发、服务、销售、企业技术和细分市场）密切合作，并为我们的全球办事处（重点是中国和瑞士）提供支持。
You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders
(Development, Service, Sales, Corporate Technology and market segments) and
support our global offices.
Qualifications
* 硕士学历，机械设计及制造,饲料，食品科学相关专业；
Master degree is preferred, majored in mechanical design & manufacturing, feed
or food science.
* 机械行业2年以上工作经历优先；
Better have ≥2 year experience in machinery or feed, food industry .
* 具备英语沟通能力；
Be able to make daily communications in English.
* 团队合作与沟通协调能力；
Good team work ability and communication skills.
* 工作积极主动，注重细节；
Be active and detail-oriented.
* 市场敏锐力。
