Logistics Specialist

1) Carry out the long-term Transport Safety Management (SMT) strategies & objectives in TLC, follow up the process based on group guidelines and PATROM rules, monitor the implementation status and improve the performance with cross-functional effort.

2) Enforce TotalEnergies’ transport safety management policy and requirement in the daily operation and logistics activities, track the key indicator system to measure the performance.

3) Collect the transportation data and prepare the analysis report, manage the 3PL transporters;

4) Assist to prepare the monthly meeting plan, meeting material and record ; Assist to follow up the result of all actions afterwards to ensure it is respected.

5) Conduct the mock ICT audit and track the action plan closure;

6) Conduct driver management, including driver training, toolbox meeting, in cabin assessment and driver behavior monitoring;

7) Conduct vehicle management, including STL monitoring, vetting coordination and verification, vehicle maintenance standards, vehicle qualifications verification for dedicated and non-dedicated vehicles;

8) Monitor OBC violations and in cabin camera in G7 system on daily and weekly basis. Analyze driving behavior trend monthly.

9) Update SMT KPI result monthly, update various reports every month;

10) Manage STL application as system administrator, maintain user account and generate reports from STL. Monitoring STL pass rate and effectiveness.

11) Assist to prepare the review of SMT performance with transporters in regular supplier meeting and business review meeting to drive for continuous improvement.

12) Work with Commingle team to enforce HSEQ rules and procedures on transportation activity, support commingle team to deliver trainings to TLC internal and logistics providers, including but not limited to SMT/ICT introduction to new staff, DDT training, internal trainer training, etc.

13) Support commingle team, company team to coordinate audits to ensure the audit process is well executed at TLC and TLC’s logistics providers, follow up the action plans afterwards.

14) Other transport safety management matters assigned by Transport Safety manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

1) Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, vehicle engineering or business administration;

2) HSEQ background is a plus.

3) Knowledge with vehicle or engineering equipment.

4) Knowledge of transport type and operation process.

5) Knowledge of logistics safety management.

6) Good command of English in reading, writing, speaking.

7) Strong skills in MS Office (Excel; Access; PowerPoint; etc.).
