Your Tasks:
61 Support Commodity Manager KPI’s including Cost Savings, both EBIT and non-EBIT, improving overall payment terms and driving spend.
61 Collaborate with all function and Business Unit stakeholders and ensure that all functional groups are in agreement and conformance with regulation and policies related to sourcing responsible commodity segments.
61 Lead regional implementation of FM strategy. Deduce a local strategy from the global strategy of building projects and facility maintenance with following implementation.
61 Responsible of cost structure methods and target setting in coordination with global commodity manager.
61 Manage construction project sourcing process and contracts review and approval
61 Negotiate Lease Contracts / Lease Renewals
61 Manage suppliers to assure ZF can obtain good service, high quality and competitive price during whole purchasing process.
61 Minimize business risk through strict supplier management system and well compliance of all company management processes.
61 Support Sourcing Decisions
Your Profile:
61 Bachelor's Degree required
61 Minimum 5 years of experience within Purchasing or Commercial Real Estate
61 Experience with construction contracts is desired
61 Experience negotiating with Suppliers and managing the supply base
61 Demonstrated performance in working cross-functionally
