项目质量工程师

1.To support commercial Dept. during the preparation of offer document by defining and verifying coherence of the quality target / risk identification;

2.To take part to Contract reviews to assure that all quality requirements and targets (Customer / internal) have been taken in account and, if needed, to promote the application of corrective action plans;

3.To give the needed support to development team for the right application of quality methodologies (FMEA, problem solving) and quality procedures;

4.To take part, during all the development process, to project team meeting / technical design reviews, in order to identify the quality risks, promote and monitor the corrective action plans;

5.To give support for preparation of the project by the milestons, to control the progress of the corrective action plan, to manage the project metric (quality tracking chart)

6.To perform audit to the production process before the start of production and assure the application of needed corrective actions;

7.To co-ordinate with Plant Quality/ Supplier Quality in case of serious / complexe problems by the Customer, assure the implementation of needed actions / resources (milestone IV) to solve the problem in a short time;

8.To promote the sensibilisation to security and environmental norms, apply the reference procedures;

9.To monitor the quality progress of ongoing products (in term of DPKU / 0 Km / warranty) in order to identify the problems depending on project criticalities, monitor and promote the corrective action plans by the development team;

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above major in Engineering or related

2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in production

3. Familiar with Product Development Quality control, PPAP, FMEA

4. Comprehend operating procedure in other Dept.

5. Good experience in MAF and quality management.

6. Familiar with Product Development Quality control, PPAP, FMEA

7. WCM related pillar's Knowledge and Skills

8. Certified as IATF16949 internal auditor.

9. Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation

10. Good interpersonal skills, strong business sense and team player

11. Good command of English.
