Sensor Development Project Manager

- Plan and Manage execution for CIS Sensor project development, perform gap analysis, prioritize development effort

- Responsible for working with project members including digital/analog/Pixel/PTA/etc to prepare resource request, development plan, risk analysis

- Coordinate with engineers to ensure the feasibility of a hardware design

- Conducts regular status reviews with various teams including the development, test, application engineering and the Executive Management

- Manage project change in any perspective, including scope, plan, budget

- Facilitate clear and accurate communications across distributed teams among shareholders

- Define, document, & identify the critical path, timeline, issue list.

Requirement

□ Job Experience

- CIS management experience in full lifecycle, from product definition to chip-out and production

- ＞5 work years experience, with 3 years of experience in either CIS Digital Design or Analog Design, and 2 years experience in project management

- Proven record in CIS product and in-depth knowledge in at least 1 domain in CIS (analog, digital, pixel, etc)

- Master's degree or higher in Digital Design / Physics / Electronics / etc

□ Required Competencies

- Solid experience in leadership, organization skill as well as project management skill;

- Self-motivated. Ability to manage, influence and set direction of multi-faceted, multi-disciplined teams independently;

- Fluent in English and Madarin in both written and spoken
