61 Set up the product specification and inspection criteria based on drawings and approved sample. 根据图纸和样品制定产品规格和检验标准

61 Assist head office buying team to fulfill the new tasks for improving supply base. 协助总部采购团队完成新的项目，改善供应商。

61 Once there is needed, also need involve into new sample development with buying team.(factory visit, sample checking, etc) after that, sample evaluation report should be offered to relate team. 需要与采购团队一起参与新样品的开发。（工厂参观，样品检查等）之后，应提供样品评估报告给相关团队。

61 Give advice to supplier on how to deal with the defects or potential problems. 就如何处理缺陷或潜在问题向供应商提供建议。

61 Always check with head office or relate buying on any unclear issue. 在任何不明确的问题上与总部或相关采购部门进行核实。

2. 30% Merchandiser responsibility 30%开发职责

61 Help supplier to monitor the incoming material status, on line process and final packing process find potential problems. 帮助供应商监控来料状态，在线过程和最终包装过程中发现潜在问题。

61 Work with supplier to check the whole supply chain whether there is something will affect the production and shipment lead time, report to UK head office on time. 与供应商一起检查整个供应链是否有影响生产和出货提前期的因素，并及时向英国总部报告。

61 Monitor the container loading or packaging methods if necessary必要时监控集装箱装载或包装方法。

61 Feedback to head office on your findings during inspection, which will cover production status, quality status, order status, price issue from supplier. 将检查结果反馈给总部，包括生产状况，质量状况，订单状况，供应商价格问题。

61 Hold meeting with supplier to deal with the problem and feedback from UK side与供应商召开会议，处理英国方面的问题和反馈。

3. 40% QC responsibility 40%质检职责

61 Conduct in line and final inspection for each order 对每个订单进行生产线和最终检验。

61 Monitor the supplier inspection process whether their workers are doing as the same standard as ours 监督供应商的检验过程，看他们的工人是否按照我们的标准工作。

61 Conduct inspection against the approved sample and QA documents 根据批准的样品和QA文件进行检验。

61 Prepare the inspection report and get supplier agreement on your findings. 准备检验报告，并就你的发现获得供应商同意。

61 Take good quality inspection photos for further traceability 拍摄良好的质量检验照片，以便进一步追溯。

JOB REQUIREMENT

61 Above College Diploma in any Engineering subject. 大专以上学历，工科专业。

61 At least 2 years on fireplace /lantern development and 3 year inspection experience on relate fields 2年以上壁炉/灯笼开发经验，3年以上相关领域检验经验

61 Can read the technical drawing and can use the relate tools to checking the dimension and function 能看懂技术图纸，能使用相关工具检查尺寸和功能

61 Familiar with fireplace making processes, can guide the supplier how to achieve the high quality level on the key process. 熟悉壁炉制造工艺，能够指导供应商如何在关键工艺上达到高质量水平。

61 Previous employment in sizable EU/US buying office, third party or trading firm for EC/US retail market is a definite asset. 曾在欧洲/美国零售市场的大型欧盟/美国采购办事处、第三方或贸易公司工作。

61 Excellent communication skill with supplier and head; Good problem solving skill with suppliers; 优秀的与供应商及主管的沟通能力；良好的解决供应商问题的能力；

61 Excellent command of written and spoken English as you need communicate with UK head office directly for daily work 优秀的英语听说读写能力，日常工作中需要与英国总部直接沟通

61 Good computer knowledge in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Team, iCloud) and Adobe Acrobat Reader are essential, with e-drawing or equivalent 3D drawing basic if possible. 熟练使用Microsoft软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Team, iCloud）和adobeacrobatreader，如果可能，具备电子绘图或同等3D绘图基础。
