职位描述
1.Support Quality Manager for pressure vessl related certification maintenance, including ISO, GB, ASME, SPVD, ABS, DNVGL, CCS,etc. 协助质量经理进行压力容器相关认证维护，包括ISO, GB, ASME, SPVD, ABS, DNVGL, CCS等。
2.Arrange and follow up the opening the Production Order for the code product..安排并跟进开码产品的生产订单。
3.Review the product quality documentation.审核产品质量文件。
4.Nonconformity follow up and statistic.不合格品跟踪和统计。
5.Customer complaint handing.处理客户投诉。
6.Prepare QA related procedures and working instructions.准备QA相关程序和工作指导书。
7.Attend the customer audit and follow up the audit actions.参加客户审核并跟踪审核行动。
8.Cooperate with QC for trouble shooting, folloe up the product quality issues happened during incoming checking, manufacturing, final test, etc. 配合QC解决问题，跟踪来料检验、生产、最终测试等过程中发生的产品质量问题。
11.Sample related activities, including ITP, procedure preparation if any, PPAP, ect.样品相关活动，包括ITP，程序准备(如有)，PPAP等。
Experience:
1.Over 3 years working experience in quality. 3年以上质量工作经验。
2.Proven experience in quality especially in welding processing. 有质量管理经验，特别是焊接加工经验。
3.In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards and related certifications.对质量控制程序和相关法律标准及相关认证有深入的了解。
4.Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data (Mech drawings, Specs…) analysis/statistical methods.
Familiar with quality control systems: ISO 9000, 14000, GB, CE ASME…).
优秀的数学能力和数据(机械图纸，规格…)分析/统计方法的工作知识。
熟悉质量控制体系:iso9000、14000、GB、CE、ASME等)。
