生产计划主管/经理

1. 根据公司战略规划和经营目标，制定和实施部门年度经营方针。Make and implenment the annual policy goal of Production Control department according to the company strategy.

2. 推进基于总部和区域运营管理规范下的体系和流程建设。Implement construction of system and process according to the group and region's specification.

3. 主导生管部日常经营管理工作，根据新产品前期导入计划预算人员及设备稼动，监督仓储管控和计划管控，保证交付目标达成。Be responsible for the mangament of Production Control department , make the personnel and equipment plan according to the new product development plan,supervise the inventory control and planning control,to assure the delivery target achievement .

4. 主导生管部人才培养和梯队建设工作。Be responsible for talent training and talent pipeline building of Production Control department.

5. 负责生管部与相关部门的协调与沟通，主导处理与生管部相关的突发重大事件。

Be responsible for communication with related departments and dealing with sudden events of Production Control department.

敏实需要的你：

1. 大专及以上学历。College degree or above.

2. 至少7年以上物流或生管工作经验。At least 7 years logistics management or production control Management experience.

3. 精通仓储管理、生产计划管理、物流管理、精益生产等知识；了解汽车行业相关质量体系要求。Have a good command of warehouse management、production planning management、logistics management、lean Production; have an understanding of the requirement of automative industry system.

4. 良好的沟通表达、推动、执行能力。Good communication, expression, promotion and execution skills.
