1、 组织分析处理内部过程不合格并实施改进；

Organize to treat internal process defect and implement improvement;

2、 熟练运用质量工具分析处理顾客抱怨并实施改进；

Aanalyze and solve customer quality complaint and implement improvement

3、 按周、月、年定期进行数据收集、统计分析和汇报；

Weekly, monthly, yearly data collection, reporting and statistical analysis;

4、 负责公司EHS工作

Responsible for the company's EHS work

5、 完成领导布置的其他工作任务；

Complete other assigned tasks;

岗位任职要求

Requirements

1、 本科，机械/电气/自动化等专业；

Bachelor, preferred ME/EE/ Automation related majors;

2、 从事制造业质量和安全工作3-5年；

3~5 years working experience in quality control and EHS in machinery ;

3、 熟悉机械制图，有一定的检验基础，能读懂英文图纸；能看懂电气图更佳。

Good at mechanical drawing. Can do measurement , Read drawing in English; Reading electric drawing is a plus.

4、 熟练使用质量工具 8D, FMEA SPC等，

Familiar with quality tools, 8D, FMEA SPC etc.

5、 英文读写能力；

English reading and writing;

6、 沟通与团队合作能力，责任心强，良好的质量意识及客户意识；

Strong communication and teamwork skills, Good quality and customer focus awareness;
