Customer Service Manager

职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Be charge of field service engineering team on provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machine tools;
2.Communicate with interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales to strategically problem solving and deliver good services to customers
3.Set up working SOP and continuously improve the working process and procedure to be keep working efficiency.
4.Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
5.Be manage call center team to timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits triage with field applications as appropriate
6.Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
7.Be a leader to manage team’s performance to achieve company targets, be motivate and engage people to build up a positive and high moral and working attitude
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering.
2.Be good at ERP system and be working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PPT
3.Logical thinking, hands-on working style and be mature personality
4.Good communication skill and people interaction
5.Can do attitude and can be working under pressure
6.Experience in service and maintenance of CNC machine tools for at least 8 years (Turning, Milling and Grinding experience are equally preferred).
