Main Warehouse Management (职位编号：20104542)

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

* Be responsible for the warehouse routine operation management, and develop

relevant SOP to ensure the safe, compliance and efficiency of warehouse

operation.

* Optimize the warehouse layout, reasonably plan the good storage area to

improve warehouse utilization.

* Supervise and guide the employee’s operation in goods receiving and

issuing, storage, stock-taking, etc. to ensure the operation follows the SOP

and reduce the mistakes and losses.

* Collect and analyze the daily data of the warehouse operation, provide

rational proposal.

* Be responsible for the Implementation of LPS in the warehouse to

continuously improve and optimize of the operation process.

* Promote close collaboration with upstream and downstream departments to

ensure the delivery with high quality and enough quantity.

* Support internal and external audit and be responsible for the follow up

actions.

* Complete the assigned tasks.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

* Undergraduate at least

* Logistic, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals are preferred

Job Required Competencies

* Familiar with computer operation and SAP system

* Familiar with modern logistics management and GXP regulation

* Good data analysis skill and logic skill

* Good skill in communication, coordination and influence

* Good spoken, written and read skill in English

* 5 years working experience in warehouse at least

* 3 years warehouse management experience in Pharma industry at least
