职位描述

Job Description:
1. Sales Forecasting: Responsible for sales forecasting across Amazon's various sites, categories, and ASINs. This involves constructing and optimizing forecast accuracy by considering product historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and seasonal factors.
2. Forecast Accuracy & Bias: Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze forecast biases (such as supply chain issues, stock shortages, listing issues, market changes, competitor pricing, etc.), and propose improvement measures.
3. Collaborate with Amazon operations to provide accurate demand forecast data for the supply chain and purchasing teams, supporting stock planning and inventory management decisions.
4. Track discrepancies in Amazon warehouse shipments (status: creation, shipping, reception, discrepancies, etc.).
5. Monitor FBA inventory levels, aging, storage fees, long-term storage fees, and generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for Amazon stores.
6. Analyze product lifecycle based on full-chain inventory, identify inventory risks, and suggest optimization. For example, aggressive restocking of profitable products in their early stages, and timely de-stocking of loss-making products.
7. Evaluate ***-leg logistics costs and performance, optimizing logistics solutions to balance cost and efficiency.
8. Track and analyze key performance data for new product launches (NPI): sales, traffic (organic/advertising), conversion rate, BSR ranking, reviews (quantity, rating), advertising ROI (ACOS, ROAS).
9. Compare new product performance with expected targets and competitors, identifying success factors and potential issues (such as market factors, competitor issues, product quality, listing quality, pricing, advertising strategies, keyword issues, etc.).
10. Regularly generate NPI performance reports to provide data insights for product iteration, marketing strategy adjustments, and future new product development.

负责亚马逊全站点销售预测,优化准确性;监控偏差原因(供应链/库存/市场),为采购与库存决策提供数据支持。
供应链与库存优化
监控FBA库存健康度(水平、库龄、成本),识别滞销/缺货风险;跟踪物流时效与成本,优化供应链效率。
新品表现诊断
分析新品核心指标(销量/流量/转化率/广告效能),对比目标与竞品,输出报告指导产品迭代与营销策略。
利润绩效监控
分析销售额、毛利、净利润趋势;拆解利润驱动因素(成本/广告/退货率),监控关键指标对利润影响。
市场洞察与数据可视化
监测市场趋势、竞品动态及机会风险;输出自动化报告(日报/周报/月报),通过可视化工具支持业务决策。
岗位要求:
教育背景:
全日制本科及以上学历,数据科学,统计学、经济学、大数据处理等专业优先考虑
技能要求:
1. 工具精通:掌握Excel高级函数;熟悉Python/R者优先,等任一数据分析工具,熟练使用SQL提取数据
2. 分析能力:具备数据建模知识、数据挖掘理论,掌握数据分析体系方法
3. 业务理解:对跨境电商业务有深入理解,可以挖掘业务问题并给出合理洞察和优化建议,有跨境电商行业经验优先。
4. 经验要求:1年以上电商/零售行业数据分析经验优先
