CSR (6 - month Temp)
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
• Answer questions from customers about delivery date checking
• Work with sales manager to fulfill all customers’ requirements regarding documents and order process
• Check with sales manager regrading on time delivery & payment
• Deliver sales forecast data to management team
• Monitor overdue
Order management
• Implement sales order in SAP
• Implement delivery note / billing documents in SAP
• Implement service document in SAP
• Create and draft sales contract for sales manager
Sales data & record tracking
• Produce weekly/monthly sales report and other reports as required
CRM System Management
• Implement all sales information in CRM (salesforce)
• Assist sales manager for salesforce input regarding visit requirement/customer information
Job requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Excellent skill in Office software.
• Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience
• SAP experience in Customer Service role
• Strong team work sprite
• Sales assistant experience preferred
• Open mind ,willing to take responsibilities
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
