间接物料采购工程师 MRO Purchasing Engineer

1.具有至少3-5年制造行业间接物料采购岗位工作经验，汽车行业尤佳；

At least 5-7 years’ experience in a relevant Manufacturing environment, automotive industry preferred;

2.大学本科毕业,工科或工商管理专业；

Bachelor degree, major in Engineering or Business Administration

3.良好的逻辑和系统风险控制意识，逻辑思考能力，结果导向，时间管理和积极主动的工作态度.

Good Logic and systematic, strategy thinking, risk control awareness, result oriented, and timing management skill, pro-active working attitude ;

4．良好的沟通技巧，特别是跨部门的协商沟通能力；

Good communication Skills, especially for cross functions;

5.具有良好的成本意识和成本分析能力。

Excellent knowledge of cost breakdown and capability in cost analysis。

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1.负责根据公司规划制定采购管理策略开发本地潜在供应商以支持公司的战略规划；

In charge of sourcing and developing the potential suppliers follow the commodity strategy to support company strategy;

2.跟踪项目所有开发过程，包括RFQ和商务谈判，负责维护采购数据库信息的准确性和及时性；

Follow-up all development process including RFQ, negotiating, maintenance material data base in BPMS/SAP systems;

3.供应商绩效管理，风险分析和识别以及供应商关系管理；

Supplier performance monitor, risk analysis, and supply relationship management;

4.对相关的供应商市场和合格供应商进行跟踪考核，根据VAST的流程和年度目标实现成本控制计划；

Executes observation of relevant supplier markets and the respective accredited suppliers;

5.供应合同谈判，价格基准和价格谈判；

Supply contract negotiation, price bench marking and negotiation;

6.进行市场分析，优化供应链。

Carry out the market analysis, and optimize the supply chain。
