Merchandiser (require English)

1. End-to-End Order Management:

o Oversee the entire order process from confirmation to shipment, including sample testing, pre-production sample approval, production tracking, quality inspection, and packaging coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

o Identify and escalate production issues (delays, quality defects) promptly, coordinating with factories, QC, and packaging teams to meet client requirements.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination:

o Act as the key liaison between the factory and the company, leading pre-production meetings to clarify specifications and delivery timelines.

o Work closely with quality control teams to conduct inspections (e.g., Intial inspection, process inspection, final inspection) and ensure compliance with U.S. market standards.

3. Client & Supplier Communication:

o Communicate fluently in English (email/calls/meetings) with clients and suppliers to relay technical details, delivery updates, and resolve issues.

o Prepare and submit shipping documents (packing lists, inspection reports, etc.).

4. Risk Management:

o Proactively identify potential risks (e.g., material shortages, production bottlenecks) and develop contingency plans.

Requirements

1. Must-Have Qualifications:

o Fluent English (written & spoken) for technical documentation and commercial negotiations.

o 5+ years of merchandising/trade coordination experience, preferably in Sprinklers, hoses, lawn and garden accessories.

o In-depth knowledge of factory production processes, sample testing, and inspection protocols.

2. Core Skills:

o Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders under tight deadlines.

o Keen attention to detail (product specs, packaging requirements) to preempt issues.

o Basic supply chain awareness to optimize lead times.

3. Preferred Qualifications:

o Familiarity with U.S. product regulations/certifications (e.g., UL, FCC, EPA, OSHA).
