1. Provide effective Purchasing support for the acquisition and development of the new

projects

2. Target cost evaluation and definition of sourcing strategy with Magneti Marelli

Commodity team

3. Propose potential cost improvements idea

4. Secure achievement of the project KPI defined in RQA phase

5. Negotiation of prices, terms and conditions with suppliers for Electronical parts

6. Supplier selections and contractual nomination

7. Follow-up defined Electronical content until SOP

8. Drive early supplier involvement in projects and align inputs with internal stakeholders

9. Participates – on demand – to supplier audits and visits for productivity, technology,

and management capability review

10. Identifies technology trends that lower cost and increase quality (market know-how)

11. Contributes to implementation planning and change management initiatives

12. Supports the APQP reviews of new product development and industrialization

Qualifications:

1. Engineering or commercial degree

2. Around 2-3 years’ experience (automotive preferred) in purchasing of Electrical

components (preferably PCBA parts)

3. Fluent in English

4. Knowledge of EMS market

5. Able to work alone as well as in team

6. Problem solving, leadership, international mindset

7. Capacity to cooperate in a Global environment as a part of a Global team

8. IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, SAP)

9. Flexibility and ability to travel

10. Target oriented
