1. Coordinate project resource and manage project cost, schedule and quality targets for automotive NPI projects

2. Develop and maintain the project plan/schedule

3. Organize project milestone/status review meetings and tracking the project progress

4. Project risk assessment and management

5. Project defect management and change management

6. ISO9001 R&D certification and customer audit support

Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in electronics Engineering

2. At least 3 years+ working experience in automotive NPI development and production maintain area

3. IC design, fab, assembly, test, AECQ100, data analysis knowledge are necessary

4. Familiar with ISO9001, ASPICE, ISO26262 is a strong plus

5.Organizing ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills

6.Good management skills
