Job content and responsibilities:
1. Marketing: Responsible for market promotion and customer flow in foreign trade channels.
2. Customer development: Develop new customers and collect customer, product, and business information, track and maintain old customers;
3. Quotation: Able to independently analyze customer needs, make quotations, and convert customer orders;
4. Customer and order management: Follow up on customer order projects, be responsible for internal and external coordination when delivery date and quality are abnormal, and handle customer complaints;
5. Reconciliation and payment: Customer reconciliation, payment follow-up, ensure timely receipt of accounts receivable; understand customer credit status and reduce transaction risks;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, marketing, international trade, English and other related majors are preferred;
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, fluent in written and spoken English, strong business awareness, initiative, and strong development ability;
3. Experience in independent customer development, professional sales experience and skills, familiar with export business processes;
4. Sales or those who are interested in foreign trade business are preferred.
Work location: Guancheng District, Dongguan City
1. Working hours: Monday to Friday morning: 9:00-12:30, afternoon: 14:00-18:00;
