Key responsibilities:
86	Be responsible for collecting customer complaints, defining correction actions, to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
86	Gather customer quality information (KPIs assigned by customers, annual/monthly performance results, etc.) and cascade internally
86	Confirm the defects at the customer's site or returned pads, define containment actions and the prevention actions and validation result, feedback to customer
86	Regularly follow customer satisfaction surveys/analyses, organize measures for customer dissatisfaction, and follow up on customers' responses to improvement measures
86	Track and regularly confirm the effectiveness of the correction measures, and maintain lessons learned list to void recurrence of problems and provide input for the development of new projects
86	Follow the EHS regulations of the company. Implement the EHS requirement to ensure all action satisfied with ISO14001、IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
86	Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.
Ideal candidate experience:
86	Professional experience At least five years of experience in Customer Quality Control, better in automotive industry.
Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):
86	Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, FTA, fishbone, 5 why, A3, APQP、PPAP, etc.
86	Good at both oral and written English.
86	Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, anti-pressure skill.
86	Strong self-leaning skills, Good PC knowledge.
Qualifications/ certifications:
86	Bachelor’s degree in quality control or engineering.
