外贸业务经理

Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and business growth

Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements

Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production

Arrange sample submission after thorough checking to customers for approval

Handle merchandising related documents

Draft sample instruction, check sample yarn and dimension

Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A

Work closely with cross functional teams (Tech, QAQC, etc.) and take ownership of the entire production process

Requirements

Minimum 10 years' relevant experience

Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process

Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
