职位描述

负责备件识别、采购，备件库管理Responsible for spare parts identification, procurement, and spare parts warehouse management负责MES系统,设备程序，一体机软件及工程Responsible for MES system, equipment program, all-in-one software and engineering负责生产设备预防保养、维修，故障分析Responsible for preventive maintenance, repair, and fault analysis of production equipment

负责设备的一、二级点检文件，设备台账Responsible for the *** and second level inspection documents of equipment, equipment ledger

负责设备维修技术支持Responsible for providing technical support for equipment maintenance

负责机器人、AGV、扭矩枪、相机等设备程序备份管理Responsible for robots AGV、 Backup and management of equipment programs such as torque guns and cameras

负责新设备评审，验收，备件设备采购Responsible for new equipment review, acceptance, and procurement of spare parts and equipment

组织维修人员对设备故障进行分析，制定检修计划Organize maintenance personnel to analyze equipment failures and develop maintenance plans

公司TPM工作TPM work in the company

本科或以上文化程度；Undergraduate degree or above;

精通设备维护保养，有10年以上设备维修工作经验；Proficient in equipment maintenance and upkeep, with over 10 years of experience in equipment repair work;

熟悉注塑原理，精通设备电气控制，液压控制，精通西门子PLC控制系统；Familiar with injection molding principles, proficient in equipment electrical control, hydraulic control, and proficient in Siemens PLC control systems;

维修过KM，Engel和海天等注塑机品牌机器及常见机械手；I have repaired injection molding machine brands such as KM, Engel, and Haitian, as well as common robotic arms;

接触过FANUC机器人，UR机器人，视觉检测系统；Have experience with FANUC robots, UR robots, and visual inspection systems;

熟悉ISO50001能源管理体系Familiar with ISO50001 Energy Management System

外语要求：英语4级，可以作为工作语言
