职位描述

基本职责:
与各船公司保持密切联系, 及时了解航运市场信息, 包含但不限于职位工作所在地, 亦包括所有中国港口甚至中国台湾和东南亚国家如越南等。
1. 理解中国各分公司、海外各分公司、海外代理的需求并提供高质量支持, 向船公司申请具市场竞争力的运价、与船公司签订带有舱位保证的合约、协助解决缺舱位/缺箱/甩箱/滞箱费等问题, 提供一些必要帮助。
2. 根据中国各分公司的需要给国外和代理进行指定货业务(包括招标业务)的报价, 报价前与相应分公司确认好所报方案的可行性。
3. 为所有商务团队(包括所有分公司的客服和销售团队、区域销售团队、航线经理等)的业务发展提供支持,不限于招标业务的报价、与船公司协商更优的运价、提供一切可行方案、市场信息的及时分享等。
4. 与船公司协商优质运费、舱保, 配合集团代理业务发展经理定期参加与各海外代理的会议, 吸引代理的潜在货量以增加整体货量。
5. 定期组织与各分公司客服及操作团队的会议, 向团队分享最新的市场信息, 提供必要的协助。
6. 定期召开与集团代理业务发展经理和中国区销售经理的会议, 了解需求并提供协助。
7. 定期向集团内部和各合作伙伴发送最新的航运市场信息。
8. 完成经理交待的其他任务, 服从公司安排、规章制度和发展方向。
Job requirements:
Daily communicate with carriers to create/maintain relationship and understand marketing information timely. Including but not limited to the area based in, all China areas even Chinese *** and other
Southeast Asian Countries such as Vietnam etc. need be involved as well.
1. Understand Leman China branches’, Leman oversea branches’, Leman oversea agents’ rate and space needs,
provide high-quality support. Including but not limited to ask more competitive/better rate from carriers, sign
new contract and allocation with carriers, assist to solve space issues/equipment issues/roll over
issues/demurrage & detention issues, etc. all necessary help.
2. According to Leman China branches’ needs, offer rate to Leman oversea branches and Leman oversea agents,
including RFQ/BID business, align solution feasibility before offering.
85 Support all commercial team (including branch customer service and sales team, regional sales team, tradeline
manager) for business / tradeline development. Including but not limited to RFQ/BID business quotation, argue
better rate with carriers, find workable solutions, share marketing information, etc.
3. Negotiate good ocean freight, allocation and sign contracts with carriers to increase Leman China’s agents
business. Coordinate with Group Head of Agent Network, attend regular meetings with agents, attract their
potential shipment in order to increase Leman China handling volume.
4. Organize regular meetings with branch customer service and operation team, share whole marketing information
and ask if anything need help. Try best to provide necessary assistant, no matter rate, space or equipment issues
if any.
5. Hold regular meetings with Group Head of Agent Network and China Sales GM to understand needs and provide
support as Leman China’s volume mostly coming from agent and free hand business.
6. Send marketing information regularly to Leman group internally and all cooperative partners.
7. Submit rate update for all Leman China branches timely to China MOT’s SSE website.
8. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
9. Follow company arrangement/rule/development direction strictly.
