职位描述
? Acts as first point of contact for all sales inquiries and ensures all company products and service requests are answered in a timely fashion
? Qualifies and dispatches every sales lead from various marketing lead generation activities (e.g. trade event participation, webinars, social media and website)
? Assigns every sales request to the right sales team member (e.g. Parts to Sales Support, project sales to the Sales Manager)
? Handles all administration for the Sales Director
? Organizes sales team meetings & reporting to the Sales Director
? Collaborates with other Sales team member Coordinators to share information and best practices on a regular basis
? Organizes all internal and external sales meetings involving multiple parties (e.g. Quality or Technical manager required to attend a customer meeting to assist Sales Managers)
Qualifications:
? Previous sales administration experience
? Bachelor degree – recommended but not required
? High energy, teamwork, and passion for driving sales
? Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Fluency in English
