职位描述
Main tasks:
Coordinate, monitor, control, plan, and organize internal and external projects
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Establish and manage project team once the business is awarded to the company by customer
Create and execute project time plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Set budget and control costs for all project related expenses, including R&D, BOM and Capital Investment
Monitor and control of tasks and responsibilities to sustain project quality, cost and time objectives
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer
Manage the product and process development according to the established methodologies and procedures
Present project status reports to the customer and internal management to identify project risks
Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Central contact to customer for project, coordinate Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing to contact corresponding customer functions
Manage customer involved continuous improvements
Experience and qualifications required:
Technical education in electronics or mechatronics (Bachelor degree or above)
Professional understanding of electronics and/or mechatronics systems
Min. of 5 years working experience at project management in the automotive industry
Familiar with APQP
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Excellent in Microsoft Office, project time plans and presentations
A communicative, convincing and customer-oriented personality
Ability to work to tight deadlines and loyalty incl. a high level of confidentiality
