Team Lead IT-Consulting

Team Lead of currently six Chinese individuals with the position IT Consultant, between 3 and 15 years relevant experience.

Total employees in China 10, globally

2500.

Reports directly to the Senior Manager IT Consulting International (Poland, Language English).

Reports regularly to the Managing Director of Proalpha China.

Role Description and Responsibilities:

1.Team Lead:

The following tasks fall into the field of responsibility of the Team Lead IT-Consulting department (Software Development):

Leading the local development team on site (Taicang), responsible for

Quality of work

Efficiency of team

Support and help team

Track reach of utilization target

Train new employees

2. Software Development: Customer Value / Project Business

Provide clients with a full range of information technology consulting and technical support, for instance:

identify business solutions

develop customized programming

provide troubleshooting support

Prepare specifications and user documentation.

Support internal tests, conduct posterior troubleshooting and error correction.

Provide ongoing technical support for version changes, troubleshooting, and database updates, as necessary.

Adopt and deploy Software Tasks, Service Packs and Configuration Settings to our worldwide customers on behalf of Proalpha Customer Service.

3. Software Development: Internal Process Optimization

In fulfilling the following task, the Team Lead IT-Consulting department (Software development) shall help Proalpha China’s organization build up an efficient and sustainable delivery organization:

Contribute to the further Development of the Chinese Country Version.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Chinese

University degree (Bachelor or higher) in Programming or comparable subject

2 or more years of Team Lead experience

5 or more years of Experience as Programmer in one or more of these languages (Python, Java, C#, C++, C, ABL)

Work from office (Taicang)

Benefits：

Total salary of

150.000 to

250.000 RMB/year

Vacation depending on years of work experience

Combination of variable target and fixed salary

2. 软件开发：客户价值/项目业务

为客户提供全方位的信息技术咨询和技术支持，例如：

确定业务解决方案

开发定制程序

提供故障排除支持

准备规范和用户文档。

支持内部测试，进行后续故障排除和错误纠正。

根据需要，为版本变更、故障排除和数据库更新提供持续的技术支持。

代表 Proalpha 客户服务，为全球客户采用和部署软件任务、服务包和配置设置。

3. 软件开发：内部流程优化

IT咨询部门（软件开发）团队负责人将协助Proalpha中国公司构建高效、可持续的交付团队，并完成以下任务：

为中国版的进一步发展做出贡献。

任职要求：

中英文流利

编程或同等专业本科及以上学历

2年或以上团队负责人经验

5年或以上使用一种或多种编程语言（Python、Java、C#、C++、C、ABL）的程序员经验

工作地点：太仓

福利：

年薪15万至25万人民币

年薪取决于工作年限

浮动目标工资与固定工资相结合
