Job Responsibilities 工作职责

设定SHE的标准并且确保合规的执行

2.Good communicate with local authorities to handle SHE requirement from Govnt.

和当地政府部门良好沟通以应对外部对SHE的要求。

3.Sustainability-Set up KPI for sustainability and follow RW guideline to implement during daily operation activities

设定可持续发展目标,并遵循RW的要求，在日常的管理活动中实施

4.Quality-Set up KPI for quality requirement and raise up awareness on quality not only in the product area but also in working itself

设定质量标准并提高质量意识,不仅限于产品质量更在于本身的工作质量

5.Cost saving-Set up cost saving plan and lead the team to achieve annual budget

设定成本节约标准并带领团队实现每年的预算目标

6.Propose the improvement activities and coach subordinates to complete

提出工厂改进计划并指导下属完成.

7.Project management- Lead a team to cooperate with stakeholders in project evaluation and develop a feasible solution to implement at an economic and effective manner

领导团队支持项目管理，积极主动和相关人员沟通，提出合理的解决办法

8.Training, coaching and build up a capable team to support business development

培训及指导团队，建立一支有能力的团队来支持公司的业务

9.Encourage people to release and develop the potential capabilities

鼓励团队发展他们的能力

10.Implement lean methodology in operation department.

在部门管理中贯彻精益生产的理念

Qualification 岗位资格

1.University graduated, engineering and management area

大学学历，工程及管理类专业

2.Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, It is better have min. 5 mineral wool/ material industry working experience.

十年相关工作经验，其中***有至少5年矿物棉/材料行业工作经验

3.Good English in writing and speaking

良好的英语写作、听说能力

4.Strong and good health.

身体健康状况良好

5.Lean production and tool usage experience is a plus

精益生产及精益工具的熟练使用经验对工作有帮助
