61Lead the compressor lab daily operation and team management, KPI evaluation.

61Take the responsibility of compressor developing design quality assurance.

61Consider the compressor lab investment roadmap according to developing plan,

both new construction and upgrade.

61Participate in the development of scroll compressors and provide support for

product design quality improvement.

61Guide the compressor assembly and cooperate with the factory to continuously

optimize and improve the process parameters.

61According to the different design characteristics and application

environment of the compressor, prepare the corresponding verification plan.

61Designing fixtures and other devices, inserting new parts, manufacturing and

testing requirements for new concept verification.

61Supervise the production of prototypes, the execution of tests, and monitor,

analyze and process abnormal data.

61Teardown and analyze the compressor, assess the risk, and release

corresponding verification reports.

61Carry out preventive analysis of failed parts, and propose improvement

solutions in terms of materials, technology, design, etc.

61Compilation and update of documents related to laboratory operation.

61Statistics and analysis of products warranty data.

61Ensure the EHS requirement with zero harm

What we want：

1.Bachelor degree and above in Material/Mechanics/Refrigeration.

2.With a minimum of 8 years related experience in compressor industry working

experience, rich experience on lab operation.

3.

-Have relevant experience in compressor project development, familiar with

product development process.

-Familiar with the principle structure of fixed-speed and variable-frequency

scroll compressors, as well as knowledge of refrigeration principles.

-Understand the force of each component under the compressor operating state,

and be familiar with the calculation method and risk assessment of the radial

and thrust bearing oil film.

-Master the basic principles of various stands related to compressor testing.

-Have the experience of lab management & operation. CNAS experience is a plus.

-The mastery of the following tools is a bonus item: Weibull analysis, FEMA,

GD&T, DOE, 8D, QA seven methods.

4.Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Japanese a strong preference.

5.Strong communication/ presentation skills.

6.Must be highly motivated, assertive, enable to work independently.

7.Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity and a passion to drive the

results.

8.Good experience in cross-function team collaboration.
