工作内容：

负责俄语区国际销售的工作，包括但不限于：

- 制定并执行销售计划和策略，实现销售目标；

- 开发潜在客户，进行客户拜访、调查和分析，以便更好地掌握客户需求和市场动态，从而拓展业务；

- 参与销售项目的策划、执行和监控，并确保项目按计划完成；

- 维护与现有客户的良好关系，并提供专业的售后服务；

- 积极管理俄语区经销商的销售团队，提高经销商团队的表现。

职位要求：

- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、俄语、生物医学、电子等相关专业；

- 2年以上国际销售的工作经验，负责过中亚、俄罗斯等区域的优先；

- 具备良好的市场营销和销售技巧，熟悉市场，了解竞争对手；

- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，具备良好的抗压能力；

- 俄语可以作为工作语言，具备优秀的俄文口语和书写能力；

【Russian-speaking International Sales Representative】

Target Regions: Russia & CIS (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan)

Location: Gaochun District, Nanjing, China

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales in Russian-speaking markets, including but not limited to:

-Develop and execute02sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

-Identify and acquire02new clients through market research, customer visits, and needs analysis

-Manage entire sales cycle02from project planning to execution and monitoring

-Maintain strong relationships02with existing clients while providing professional after-sales support

-Train and motivate02distributor sales teams across the region to maximize performance

Key Requirements:

-Education:02Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

-Experience:02Minimum 2 years of international sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in Russia & Central Asia markets.

-Skills:

-Proven sales & marketing capabilities with strong market and competitor awareness.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

-Language:02Full professional proficiency in Russian (both verbal and written), with the ability to use it as a primary working language.
