Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Execution:
61Develop and implement production schedule together with PMC to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
61Monitor production output and adjust resources as needed to achieve targets.
61Manage the inventory of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products
61Assist Procurement and PMC teams to reinforce a just-in-time policy
2. Quality Control & Assurance and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment):
61Reinforce the IQC, IPQC, OQC and customer complaints management system; ensure prioritization and quick reaction to quality issues with 8D reports
61Reinforce the ISO management in accordance with our certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000)
61Improve the quality at our suppliers’, together with QC, R&D, Sourcing, and Procurement departments
61Drive the performance with KPI’s
61Champion a safe working environment by enforcing all HSE policies and procedures.
61Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments and implement preventive actions when necessary
3. Process Improvement & Efficiency:
61Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings.
61Implement Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
61Optimize equipment utilization and workflow layouts to maximize productivity.
61Modernize the workshop and warehouse with new software, equipment and technologies
4. Team Leadership & Management:
61Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
61Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
61Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
61Manage staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
Candidate profile:
1.+10 years in Production and quality management, preferably in sanitaryware industry, or any other industry with a strong orientation to quality and continuous improvement (automotive, etc.)
2.Proven experience in production planning, inventory management and quality control systems
3.Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and any other quality management systems
4.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and upgrade teams
5.Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
6.Sense of emergency with capacity to consider issues beyond short-term
7.Creative, adventurous, and open-mind
8.English is a plus
9.Proficiency with software like auto-CAD, Solidworks etc. is a plus
