1. Responsible for establish & maintain friendly customer relationship to secure overall customer satisfaction by

Manage the customer relationship, such as organizing performance review regularly and communicating closely, to identifying Customer potential complaint and Pro-actively resolve them promptly.

Coordinating business units within company to meet customer requirements and maintain internal & external performance dialog while giving consideration to contractual service such as TAT, supply service level, etc.

Responsible for qualified invoice and customer complains.

Support customer on AOG situation by searching global stock availability, possible serviceable material on the way and possible sourcing from 3rd party supplier

Push to sell surplus material from Lufthansa Group trade stocks. Work together with trade manager to promote Lufthansa Group surplus business in APAC region.

2. Responsible for Commercial and Contractual Monitoring and Analysis to secure financial target is met:

Assume financial and performance responsibility for small accounts, take all necessary actions to bring the business development of products on the planned track.

Identify and pursue up-selling opportunities for existing customers in cooperation with the Account Management and Sales

3. Responsible for operational issues under smooth process by ensuring all customer information systems are updated and that operational customer service receives

You should look like:

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in aviation, engineering, business is preferred

2. 2 years of Customer Service experience, with aviation background preference

3. Be towards customer satisfaction, even to exceed expectations. Skilled at nurturing strong and lasting connections of trust with clients

4. Excel in both English and Chinese written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse international customers
