职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop market-oriented strategies with emphasis on automotive segments.
2. Work together with sales to do design-in works in end customers' projects.
3. Prepare annual sales TO budget and steer to achieve the budget.
4. Apply market-oriented strategies.
5. Provide technical support to the sales organization and the customers.
6. Monitor and analyze market developments.
Requirements:
1. University graduate, engineering degree preferred.
2. Good English & Chinese skills for both writing and speaking. Fluent oral English is highly preferred.
3. Able to work independently.
4. Capable to work in team and keen to assume responsibilities and able to work by objectives.
5. Frequent traveling within the region and to the headquarters / factories.
6. 5-10 years’ experience in electronical engineering or equivalent. Passive component sales or marketing experience is preferred
7. Knowledge of inductors and transformers and technical background is preferred
8. Basic knowledge of TS16949/ISO9001
9. Basic knowledge of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan etc)
