1. Complete work responsibilities in annual objective setting.

2. Perform HSE-S responsibilities according to HSE-S commitment letter.

3. Consistent with company’s highest priority being safety, must exhibit the highest regard for employee base life safety rules, procedures and safety culture. Must also be capable of providing good judgment for risk assessment and overall management;

4. Be responsible for chemicals management, to check and deliver the safety of raw materials/products and assess potential harmful effects while new introduced.

5.To ensure timely achieve operation permits of HSE related. Avoid violations, fines, permit delays and unplanned costs

6.Occupational health role to support operation implementation e.g. risk assessment

7.Ensure compliance to operate on Safety related permit.

8.Organize Safety related testing and Safety Acceptance with related departments.

9.Collect & archive the application & approval documents.

10.HSE Consultancy regarding Safety

11.Support and review initial phase PSSR documentation (Chemical list, PPE Matrix, SOP, etc.), keep up-to-date documentation for government spot check after operation. Practice Learning from local company. Coordinator inspection from management, government or project team, document preparation for inspection and action tracker after inspection. Gov. Coordination regarding Safety

12.Meeting with local authority, establish & maintain good relationship with local authority and 3rd party.

13.Timely recognize government inspection focus, make gap analysis and implement with procedure updates, training and internal inspection.

职位要求：

1：Bachelor or above majored in chemical related area

2： 8 years in HSE chemical management in the chemical industry, good relationship with local stakeholders is an advance.

Technical & Professional Knowledge: Be familiar with the laws and regulation on HSE management of chemicals industry.

3：Good communication skill in English & Chinese.
