职位概述 POSITION SUMMARY
该职位负责支持商业团队进行目标设定与分配、区域规划与优化、客户细分管理、激励计划沟通以及处理来自销售团队的申诉,担任业务合作伙伴的角色;并且从销售力量效率(SFE)的角度推动渠道策略的落地实施。
This role is responsible for supporting Commercial team on target setting & allocation, territory design and optimization, customer segmentation management, incentive communication and dealing with appeals from field force as the business partner; and driving the channel strategy landing from SFE perspectives.
主要职责 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 充分理解商业策略,并与团队紧密合作实施区域设定/优化、目标设定/分配,推动目标设定方法的优化。
Fully understand business strategy and work closely with team on territory setting/optimization, target setting/allocation. Drive the optimization of target setting methodology.
2. 与相关stakeholder沟通与合作,完成年度销售指标合理分配,确保业务实现可持续性的增长.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to rationally allocate the annual sales targets, ensuring sustainable business growth.
3. 结合公司年度重点策略,与相关stakeholder沟通与合作,对销售行为以及业务指标实现激励作用,促进业务增长。
In line with the company's annual key strategies, engage in communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to motivate sales actions and the achievement of business metrics, promoting business growth.
4. 支持商业团队跟踪关键绩效指标(KPI),发现落后的根本原因并提出改进措施。
Support commercial team on KPI tracking and discover the root cause of lagging and propose actions.
5. 定期分析销售团队的生产力和绩效,并提出改进领域的见解。根据业务需求进行临时分析。
Conduct regular analysis of productivity, performance of field force and work out improving areas with insights. Conduct ad-hoc analysis with business requirements.
6. 支持销售团队在日常运营中利用SFE平台/系统/仪表板,与技术团队沟通解决系统问题。
Support field force on utilizing SFE platforms/systems/dashboards in their daily operation, bridge system issues with technical teams for resolution.
7. 在有业务需求时,参与销售线路分析和重组。
Contribute to sales line analysis & restructuring when there is a business need.
8. 收集销售团队的反馈,与团队合作寻找改进领域,并通过闭环沟通反馈。
Collect field force inputs and work with team to find improving areas and communicate back as a close loop.
9. 确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和embecta 的政策和标准,同时保持专业标准和业绩.
Make sure all the actions are compliance and follow company policies and standard while maintaining professional standards and performance.
10. 完成公司或经理分配的其他工作。
Complete any tasks assigned by the manager or company.
经验、技能和能力 EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE
1. 本科及以上学历.
Bachelor and above.
2. 至少6年的工作经验,并对医疗行业有深入的理解。
At least 6 years experiences with deep understanding of healthcare industry.
3. 必须具备在商业团队中作为SFE业务伙伴的工作经验。
SFE BP of operation in commercial team experience is a must.
4. 强烈的学习能力和自我驱动力。
Strong learning agility and self-driven.
5. 有效的沟通能力,并能够与关键利益相关者合作。
Effective communication and being able to work with key stakeholders.
6. 具有高度的责任感和遵守合规的尊重,积极主动并具有激励精神,以优化现有流程。
High sense of responsibility and compliance respect, proactive & inspiring spirits to optimize existing processes.
7. 有责任心,能在压力下工作并适应出差。
Responsibility, work under pressure and adapt to travel.
8. 英语书面和口语流利
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
