Capex Project Manager (1 year)

- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project alignment and success.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in CAPEX or similar projects.

- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Fluent English is must needed; Fluent Japanese is a plus
