Position Summary:
The RFID Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned existing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with RFID products and services. The role involves functioning as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships. The Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, upsell and cross-sell RFID solutions to existing clients, and identify and develop new business opportunities for RFID solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field experience.
61 At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the RFID or related industry.
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
61 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
61 Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
Essential Job Functions:
61 Manage assigned existing client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with RFID products and services.
61 Function as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
61 Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
61 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
61 Upsell and cross-sell RFID solutions to existing clients.
61 Identify and develop new business opportunities for RFID solutions.
61 Company directed CRM best practices.
61 Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring emails and customer queries are responded to within a timely manner.
61 Provide quotations and follow up on client requests within a timely manner.
61 Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
61 Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, enhancing client satisfaction.
61 Take ownership of assigned accounts, acting as the dedicated point of contact to avoid confusion and ensure clear communication.
61 Other duties as assigned.
