外贸单证员 Logistics

1. Making/Checking all orders docs from all origins for customs clearance purpose.

制作/检查所有来源的订单文件以用于清关。

2. Training vendors how to make correct documents and tracking documents to make sure correction.

培训供应商如何制作正确的文件并跟踪文件以确保无误。

3. Work with nominated forwarders of final customers to get shipment on vessel/flight to ship to correct FND.

与指定货运代理合作，确保货物通过船只/航班运送到正确的最终目的地。

4. Work with customers and production divisions to get shipping information required, such as price, shipping way, FND…etc.

与客人和大货部门合作，获取所需的运输信息，如价格、运输方式、最终目的地等。

5. Solve all kinds of shipping problems.

解决各类运输问题。

6. Do shipping status report monthly to shipping manager.

根据要求制作每月的数据报告，并向经理汇报。

7. Other duties assigned by logistic manager.

完成物流经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

1. Major in International Trade, Logistics, English or related

国际贸易、物流、英语相关专业

2. Good spoken and written English.

良好的英语听说读写能力。

3. Familiar with shipping procedure.

熟悉外贸物流及清关流程。

4. Know about Merchandising procedure is preferred.

熟悉服装外贸业务流程优先考虑。

5. Strong sense of responsibility, good team player.

责任心强，团队合作精神佳。
